By purchasing contact lenses from Mesiru, you confirm that:

• You understand how to insert, remove, clean, store, and care for contact lenses properly.

• You will not share contact lenses with another person.

• You will not use lenses that are damaged, expired, contaminated, or stored in opened or damaged packaging.

We may request a copy of your contact lens prescription or information relating to your prescriber where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or cancel an order when required prescription information cannot be obtained or verified.

Do not wear contact lenses for longer than recommended. Do not sleep, swim, or shower while wearing lenses unless the specific product is approved for that use and your eye care professional has advised you that doing so is appropriate.

If you experience pain, redness, unusual discharge, excessive tearing, blurred vision, light sensitivity, swelling, irritation, or persistent discomfort, remove the lenses immediately and contact a qualified eye care professional.

Mesiru does not guarantee that every contact lens will be suitable or comfortable for every individual. Comfort and appearance may vary depending on eye shape, tear film, prescription, sensitivity, wearing habits, environment, and other individual factors.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices, images, colors, dimensions, prescriptions, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, the appearance of colored contact lenses may vary from person to person. The final result may be affected by:

14. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, order cancellations, damaged products, defective products, and incorrect shipments are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Eligible products may be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a standard return, contact lens products must remain unopened, unused, unworn, untested, undamaged, and in their original sealed and resalable packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, unsealed, worn, or tested cannot normally be returned unless they are defective, incorrect, damaged upon receipt, or otherwise eligible for return under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is caused by a change of mind, an incorrectly selected power, color, style, address, or another reason not caused by Mesiru.

When a return results from a confirmed error by Mesiru or a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate remedy.

Customers must contact support@mesirueye.com before sending a return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

15. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

To obtain a different product, color, prescription, or style, you should return the eligible original product in accordance with our Refund Policy and place a new order.

Product availability and prices may change before the new order is placed.

16. Order Cancellations

An order may only be cancelled before it has entered processing or been shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. After receiving the order, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped before shipment.

• Sharing lenses with another person

• Improper cleaning, storage, or handling

• Using damaged, contaminated, or expired lenses

• Continuing to wear lenses after discomfort or symptoms develop

• Failure to obtain appropriate professional eye care

• Unauthorized alteration or misuse of a product

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Mesiru and its affiliates, owners, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or reasonable costs arising from:
