60-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 60 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, resalable condition. This means:

• The product has not been opened, worn, tested, or used.

• The original seal and packaging remain intact.

• The product is complete and has not been damaged.

• Any included accessories, gifts, labels, or promotional items are returned together with the product.

• Proof of purchase or your order number can be provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses that have been opened, unsealed, worn, or tested cannot be returned unless the product is defective or the issue was caused by Mesiru.

Products that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To order a different color, prescription, style, or product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

This allows us to process your request more quickly and helps ensure that the replacement product you want is available.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, an incorrect prescription or color selected by the customer, or any other reason not caused by Mesiru, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order. Mesiru is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us promptly and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging, batch information, and the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed as our responsibility, Mesiru will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.

Please do not dispose of the product or return it without contacting us first, as we may need additional information to verify the issue.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at support@mesirueye.com and provide your order number and reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide the return address and instructions. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please do not send returned products to the address shown on the original package unless our customer service team confirms that address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If a returned product is opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for resale, Mesiru reserves the right to refuse the refund or deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in product value.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order, subject to the eligibility requirements in this policy.
